Is the partner program free?
Yes. There's no fee to become a partner. You set up your white-label platform for free, invite your clients, and earn the markup on their subscriptions.
Do my clients know about ProPlan Studio?
No — unless you tell them. Your subdomain, platform name, logo, and notification emails all carry your brand. The billing page shows your brand name. ProPlan operates entirely behind the scenes.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can connect a custom domain (e.g., app.yourcompany.com) by setting up a CNAME record. Your dashboard walks you through it step by step.
How does billing work?
ProPlan is the merchant of record — we collect payment from your builder clients directly. Your markup is credited to your partner wallet, where it sits for 7 days before becoming available to withdraw.
How do I get paid?
You connect a Stripe bank account during onboarding. Withdrawals go directly to your account. You can withdraw manually or set up automatic payouts weekly or monthly.
Can I set any price I want?
You can set any price at or above ProPlan's wholesale rate. We show you the wholesale rate for every plan so you can set your markup with full visibility — there's no minimum markup required.
What happens if a builder cancels?
Their subscription ends and no further credits are added to your wallet for that builder. There's no penalty to you.
Do I provide support to my builder clients?
You can choose to be the first point of contact, or you can configure a support email that routes directly to ProPlan. Most partners forward support to us and keep their relationship focused on strategy.
